Merritt, who transferred to Texas A&M from Oregon, was charged with two counts of indecent exposure after he allegedly exposed himself to two female tutors in 24 hours.

Merritt was suspended indefinitely by Kevin Sumlin at first, and then he was dismissed from the team according to The Eagle.
Merritt pleaded not guilty, and his excuse for exposing himself was that he had "a bad case of jock itch."
Merritt's attorney, Ricj Davis, said his client was "embarrassed" about the situation and that he has apologized to the two tutors he exposed himself to last fall.
At Oregon, Merritt caught five passes for 61 yards as a freshman before transferring and sitting out last season at Texas A&M.
Merritt was a four-star recruit out of high school.
