Finebaum thinks Baylor and Art Briles deserve the harshest of punishments for horrific allegations

Would the NCAA go this far?

Art Briles was fired from Baylor after reports surfaced that the coaching staff disclosed sexual assault and/or dating violence allegations, thus not allowing the University to take the proper steps.

The reaction to Briles' firing has been stern, but Paul Finebaum doesn't believe a simple firing is all the head coach and school deserve.

As more information comes out, it certainly paints Briles and the entire athletic department in a negative light. The reported actions were horrific, and nothing — not even the death penalty — can make up for the wrongs allegedly committed.
