Harris, 25, was arrested for the second time in as many years early Sunday for theft and drug possession, Oregon Live reported. The arrest violates his probation from a 2015 incident in which he was charged with arson for setting fire to a grassy median in Fresno, California. He was sentenced to one year in prison and three years probation for that crime.

In his mugshot for this latest arrest, the troubled and once promising All-American is barely recognizable. And his issues with drug abuse began as early as his sophomore year in college in 2010, when he was kicked off the team after he was cited for possession of marijuana. Incidentally, that was also hi most productive season, as he recorded six interceptions and four punt return touchdowns that year.

Harris's struggles with drugs also followed him into the NFL. He was signed by the New York Jets in 2013, but released several months later after he was arrested for possession of marijuana. During his time at Oregon, Harris set a variety of records in just 27 appearances, including single-season marks for punt return touchdowns (4), total return yards (546), and average yards per return (18.8).
