When you are a blue-chip recruit, you can pretty much pick wherever you want to go. It looks like that is not lost on four-star athlete Hamsah Nasirildeen (6-foot-3, 210 pounds, Concord, NC), as his Top 5 consists of some of the best powerhouses in college football.
In an interview with Rivals.com, Nasirildeen discussed his Top 5 schools at the moment: Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, South Carolina, and Florida. He said that he currently does not have a leader and that he is still has a lot of research to do before he gets close to a commitment.
Nasirildeen is listed as a wide receiver in some recruiting services, but he says that most of his recruiting offers are to play safety at the college football level. With a frame of 6-foot-3, 210 pounds, he would definitely be a big safety for a lot of schools, and it could give him the potential to be a legitimate play-maker at that position.
In addition to these five schools, Nasirildeen also showed some love for Georgia. He will do a camp with the Bulldogs and the other five schools before he comes to an idea on official visits for the fall.
