Two days after decommitting, four-star ATH DeJuan Ellis has made a decision

Ellis is rated as a four-star recruit by ESPN.

It looks like it didn't take long for four-star athlete DeJuan Ellis (5-foot-11, 165 pounds, Owings Mills, MD) to rethink his decision.

Ellis had been committed to Virginia Tech since last August until he abruptly decommitted from the Hokies on Tuesday. Just two days after that decommit, it appears that Ellis had second thoughts about his choice, as he recommitted to Virginia Tech on Thursday night.

Ellis is rated as a four-star by ESPN, and he is touted for his exceptional athleticism; Ellis has a 4.48 40-yard dash time on record, as well as a 38-inch vertical. It's not completely certain which position he will play at the collegiate level, but he does play as a quarterback for his high school.

Virginia Tech has six commitments for the 2018 class, with Ellis being their highest-rated commit per the 247Sports Composite rankings.
