Four-star DB Bubba Bolden may have a leader for his recruitment

Bolden is a four-star recruit out of Vegas.

With a name like Bubba Bolden, you better be a heavy-hitter... and this kid is.

Bolden (6-foot-3, 190 pounds, Las Vegas, NV) is a four-star safety and a composite Top 100 recruit according to 247Sports. Bolden has multiple Power 5 offers, but according to Rivals.com, one school may have the inside track to gaining Bolden's commitment.

Three Las Vegas Gorman prospects - Tate Martell, Tyjon Lindsey and Haskell Garrett - are committed to the Buckeyes and that could be important in Bolden's thinking.

The four-star and Lindsey have become really close and they have discussed playing in college together and having other Gorman teammates heading to Columbus could be a big deal.

It looks like Ohio State is creating a pipeline out of Vegas.

Arizona State, Florida, UCLA, and Oregon were also listed as potential destinations, as well as Texas since they just offered Bolden. However, the Buckeyes look like they are currently in the lead, and Bolden would be another big addition to their class. Ohio State is already ranked No. 1 across the board in recruiting, and Bolden could become their 18th commitment of the class.
