Defensive end Steven Parker (6-foot-4, 220 pounds, Dallas, Tex.) is a four-star recruit of the 2019 class, so he has a while before he actually signs a Letter of Intent. However, Parker may have already found his school, as he committed to Texas Tech just one day after receiving an offer from the Red Raiders.

Parker, rated as a four-star by 247Sports, is the first commit to Texas Tech for the 2019 recruiting class. That's not a bad head start for Texas Tech considering they only have four commitments right now for the 2018 recruiting class.
