Four-star defensive tackle Ryan Johnson (6-foot-3, 253 pounds, Mobile, AL) is one of the top rated recruits of the 2017 class. Johnson doesn't appear to be near a commitment yet, but on Friday, he did release a list showing the top 12 schools for his recruitment.
Those schools in alphabetical order: Alabama, Auburn, Duke, Florida State, LSU, Michigan, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Stanford, Tennessee, and USC.
Johnson is listed at 253 pounds, so he will likely have to put on some weight before getting to the next level. However, he is only 16 right now, so he has plenty of time to do so.
