Mills threw for 2,821 yards and 25 touchdowns in his junior season, and scored 14 more touchdowns on the ground. While his rushing numbers in high school are nice, his value at the next level is as a pro-style passer, so don't expect him to be scrambling too much with the Cardinal.
Mills is the fifth commitment for Stanford for the 2017 class.
