Four-star recruit Devin Asiasi (6-foot-3, 270 pounds, Concord, CA) is one of the top athletes in the country, as the tight end/defensive end is ranked the No. 51 overall prospect of the 2016 class by 247Sports. After the national title game on Monday night, Asiasi decided to release the list of the Top 5 schools for his recruitment.
Not shockingly, the home-state USC and UCLA are both on there, as is the 2015-16 national champ Alabama. Joining those three schools are Michigan — home of the Harbaugh — and Washington.
247Sports currently lists USC as the favorite for the recruit. Asiasi will be taking official visits to USC, Alabama, Michigan, and Washington over the next two weeks, so it is likely that we will know of his decision very soon.
