He's got a couple East schools in Alabama and Florida State as well as the rest of the West Coast schools in California, USC, Oregon, Utah, Nebraska, UCLA and Washington State. The 6'4", 200-pound receiver plays for Antelope Valley High School in Lancaster, California.
Williams is ranked as the No.9 recruit in the state of California and No. 12 receiver in the country according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. He also holds offers from Notre Dame, Arizona and Purdue as well as a few others. Oregon is believed to be the favorite as it has all seven of the 247Sports crystal ball predictions.
