Former twin Tennessee commits have officially flipped to another school

The twins decommitted from the Vols at the end of November.

This is one way to build a defensive line for the future.

Four-star defensive tackle Breyon Gaddy (6-foot-5, 335 pounds, Virginia Beach, Va.) and three-star defensive tackle Brandon Gaddy (6-foot-5, 289 pounds, Virginia Beach, Va.) are twin high school recruits that were formerly committed to Tennessee. However, the brothers decommitted from the Vols last month, and it looks like they have already found a new school.

On Sunday, the two defensive tackles committed to Maryland following an official visit on Friday. 247Sports first reported the commits.

The pickups are huge for the Terps, who just had five-star defensive end Joshua Kaindoh decommit last week. If Kaindoh is indeed gone for good, then this is a good way to make up for the loss.

Maryland now has 24 commitments in their 2017 class, which ranks 15th overall at 247Sports. It's a good showing for head coach D.J. Durkin in his first full recruiting cycle with the Terps.
