That is to say, this will be Beck's final year of eligibility, as he has spent the last five seasons with the Bulldogs.

In view of this time last year, Beck was projected as a No. 1 overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft, however, due to some inconsistencies this season it now appears his draft stock is questionable.

In particular, Beck struggled with turnovers, as he threw a career-high 12 interceptions this season. Then he unfortunately suffered an injury to his right elbow on the final play before halftime of the SEC Championship Game (22-19 win over Texas).

Beck, 23, had to undergo UCL surgery, which ultimately ended his season.

Throughout his career as a starter, Beck has 24 wins and 3 losses, while throwing for 7,912 yards (68% completion rate) along with 58 touchdowns and 20 interceptions. This ranks him sixth all-time in passing yards and touchdown in school history.

Georgia's backup Freshman quarterback, Gunner Stockton, who performed well after taking over for an injured Beck in the SEC Championship and in the team's 23-10 loss to Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl (234 yards, 1 TD), may be the front runner to start next season for the Bulldogs.
