While most people will agree that Lamar Jackson is going to win the Heisman trophy, there is still some debate about who should get an invite as one of the other four runner-ups. Here's the list for reference:

While Jabrill Peppers seems like an obvious choice, the other three can probably be debated. Deshaun Watson didn't have as great a year as he did last season and the voters might have put Westbrook and Mayfield on the list because they're teammates and it's the first time since 2004 that a pair of teammates have been invited to New York.
However, there is one clear candidate that was omitted from this list who arguably had a better year than any of those three players. Florida State's Dalvin Cook had 1,620 rushing yards and 18 rushing touchdowns for the year. He also averages 6.04 yards per carry and has over 400 receiving yards as well this season.
While it probably doesn't mean a whole lot since Jackson will win the trophy, Cook should have at least had the opportunity to go to New York and get himself on television once more before his last game in the Orange Bowl.
