Obinna Eze is a massive 6'8", 280-pound offensive tackle out of Nashville, Tennessee. He had offers from over half the SEC including hometown schools Tennessee and Vanderbilt. However, he spurned all of them to go to an AAC school.

Eze becomes the highest ranked recruit for Memphis since 2009 as he's ranked as the No. 8 recruit in the state of Tennessee by 247Sports and the No. 26 offensive tackle in the class of 2017.
