NFL training camps are now underway across the country, and franchise quarterbacks everywhere are setting the tone. Included in that group is last year's Rookie of the Year, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston, who is no stranger to hard work. In fact, some would argue he's working a little bit harder than his own coaches. According to the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Bucs head coach Dirk Koetter arrived at the team facilities at 6:00 a.m. on Thursday morning — but Winston was the first one there.
Winston threw for 4,042 yards and 22 touchdowns along with 213 yards and six touchdowns on the ground during his first season in the NFL.
