Penn State head coach James Franklin probably thought up a tag line for his team that valued hard work and dedication. Unfortunately for him, it didn’t work the way he wanted.

That’s right, “no talent required” for Penn State.

Franklin later deleted the tweet, but not before it was captured in screenshot form. I think it is safe to say that this is a screenshot that Franklin won’t be sharing on recruiting visits.
