Notre Dame player won't be suspended for an absolutely despicable act from last year's final game

Seriously?

Jerry Tillery is a wanted man by USC players as the Notre Dame defensive lineman committed not one, but two despicable acts against injured players in the final game of 2016 for the Fighting Irish. And somehow he won't be receiving any suspension for that. If Brian Kelly was trying to give the school reasons to fire him aside from last year's abysmal 4-8 record this is definitely falling on the list. It doesn't matter if he had the entire summer to think about it and get counseling, he still needs to see a tangible punishment for inexcusable actions like that and a one-game suspension is an easy and appropriate way to do that.
