Jim Harbaugh is famous for amusing analogies but even he draws the line somewhere

Michigan has compiled a 9-2 record during the 2015 season, and both losses sustained by the Wolverines (at Utah and against Michigan State) were highly defensible. As a result, Jim Harbaugh was asked about his team's ability to avoid "laying an egg" to this point, and in true Harbaugh fashion, he delivered this money quote on the subject (via The Detroit News):

"The egg analogy doesn't resonate with me. I don't really like comparing humans to chickens or any other type of animal."

Harbaugh has shown a willingness to create and deliver some ridiculous analogies throughout his first campaign at Michigan, but apparently, he draws the line somewhere and this is it. In truth, this probably wasn't the best way to attack this line of questioning and Harbaugh knew that, but that did not stop him from amusing the assembled media with another fantastic response.

Michigan and Ohio State will do battle in Ann Arbor this week, and with the eyes of the country on the famed rivalry, Harbaugh will undoubtedly make additional news somewhere along the way.
