Jim Harbaugh isn't backing down just yet, despite the NCAA's ban on satellite camps.

After the April 8 vote to ban coaches from holding camps off campus did not pass by a majority 85 percent, per ESPN, and Harbaugh is reportedly leading the charge to rescind the decision.

According to the report, Harbaugh would need just 66.7 percent of the 128 FBS programs to request the ruling be rescinded within a 60-day override period.

"... We're going to continue to put more thought into it and then have a course of action," Harbaugh said, via the report.

Per the report, the original vote was from conference representatives, while a move to get the rule knocked out would be made by individual votes from programs.

Harbaugh and the SEC have had their own war of words over the satellite camp issue, and in this situation, it's feasible to imagine the Michigan coach getting his way in the long run.
