Back in April, five-star defensive end Joshua Kaindoh (6-foot-6, 235 pounds, Bradenton, Fla.) committed to Maryland despite the Terps not being in his previously released Top 4. After the end of the season, he suddenly decommitted from Maryland and now he has picked a new school by announcing his commitment to Florida State.

Kaindoh made the decision over Maryland, Penn State, Alabama, Georgia and Notre Dame.
This is another huge get for Florida State, who had received a commitment from four-star tight end Tre' McKitty earlier this week. McKitty had hinted that he might bring Kaindoh with him to Tallahassee, and it looks like the Noles were successful at getting both of them.
Kaindoh is Florida State's 16th commitment for the 2017 class. It will likely boost them into the Top 10 of 247's recruiting rankings.
