Ken Starr makes himself look even more inept with this pathetic answer to a Baylor rape question

Starr is the master of the "Open mouth; insert foot" technique.

Former Baylor President Ken Starr has proven time and time again to be one useless tool. Amidst the sexual assault scandal at Baylor, Starr resigned from his position but has continued to make complete idiot of himself and is digging his hole much deeper.

Starr was being interviewed by KWTX News when he was asked about an email with the subject line titled "I Was Raped at Baylor" that was reportedly sent to him by a rape victim. The victim and the email were feature on ESPN's Outside the Lines. Here's what Starr said about the email:

"I honestly may have. I'm not denying that I saw it," Starr said.

Much to the dismay of his public relations person Merrie Spaeth. she interrupted the interview and told the station they couldn't use Starr's answer on air.

After taking Starr off camera, he returns to the interview, is asked the same question, but gives a tweaked answer.

"All I'm going to say is I honestly have no recollection of that," Starr said. He then immediately turns to Spaeth and asks "Is that okay?"

I'm not here to pass judgement, but how this guy got to be president of anything is beyond my comprehension.
