ESPN College GameDay's Kirk Herbstreit has been taking to Twitter to answer fans questions about the upcoming season and there was one in particular that he had quite the answer to on Sunday. Someone asked him about a non-Power 5 team that could sneak into the College Football Playoff:

@KirkHerbstreit @CollegeGameDay Kirk, which non power5 team has the best chance to upset the apple cart and get into the cfb playoff?

Here was his answer:
I think Charlie Strong and the USF Bulls have a chance to be that team. 16 starters back including https://t.co/V9sxyK1akP-Won 11 last year! https://t.co/8pIepIGBf6

Herbstreit sounds pretty confident despite the fact that Strong hasn't really had a chance to get his guys on campus yet through recruiting and still has to become familiar with the guys he does have. However, Herbstreit makes a good point that 16 starters will be back and Quinton Flowers will be starting at quarterback and could end up becoming a Heisman candidate before the end of the season.
