Week 5 had some surprising finishes including a Friday night stunner of USC and a thumping of Tennessee by Georgia. That has led ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit to shuffle around his top teams and he even included his next tier of schools in TCU and Georgia.

Herbstreit even went so far as to say that Clemson and Alabama are far and above everyone else in the country in a segment on Scott Van Pelt’s SportsCenter:

Herbstreit will be in Fort Worth, Texas this Saturday as GameDay will be at the TCU-West Virginia game. We’ll see if things change again with some other key matchups around the Power-5 conferences next week.
