Former LSU quarterback Brandon Harris has officially signed a scholarship to join the North Carolina Tar Heels as a graduate transfer in the fall.
Harris started 15 games during his three seasons at LSU, and he threw for 2,756 yards, 20 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in 25 games with the Tigers. He also rushed for seven touchdowns.
Harris will compete for the starting QB position at UNC, who just lost starter Mitchell Trubisky to the NFL.
The 6’3, 218-pound QB from Bossier City, Louisiana will have one year of eligibility remaining.
