Defensive end and three-star prospect Rashad Weaver (6-foot-5, 255 pounds, Ft. Lauderdale, FL) is the latest recruit to decommit from Michigan, with his excuse pretty much being the same as the last decommits from the school: Michigan and Jim Harbaugh simply didn't have room for him anymore.

Weaver acts very mature on the matter, understanding that sometimes college football isn't the fairest game out there. Weaver has several other offers, with 247Sports now listing Temple as the favorite for his commitment.
While a lot of your big schools have to do this when you get close to National Signing Day, it still is not the best look for Harbaugh that he's had three decommits in a week. It is not the worst thing, as it means that recruits are attracted to the school, but the poor communication that has occurred with Weaver and four-star offensive lineman Erik Swenson is not the greatest indictment of college football and the recruiting process.
