It looks like another top recruit has made a decision.
Four-star Ambry Thomas (6-foot-0, 174 pounds, Detroit, Mi.) is the No. 3 cornerback of the 2017 class according to the 247Sports individual player rankings. On Wednesday, Thomas made a move that will certainly make a lot of people at home happy, as he announced his commitment to Michigan.

Thomas picked Michigan over Pitt, Michigan State, Florida, and Penn State.
The four-star is an interesting candidate to play immediately next year for Michigan. With Jabrill Peppers and Jourdan Lewis both likely leaving for the NFL, Thomas will have a chance to play in both the secondary and on special teams thanks to his quickness.
Thomas is the 21st commitment for Michigan during this recruiting cycle, and his commitment bumped the Wolverines up to No. 7 in 247Sports recruiting rankings.
