OrTre Smith is a four-star athlete out of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina and he's got a list of his top five schools he wants to play for in 2017. They're all in the south and pretty close by the Wando High School standout with two of the schools from the ACC and the other three from the SEC.
The 6'3", 215-pound U.S. Army All-American has taken unofficial visits to all five of his schools and has offers from Florida State, Alabama, Notre Dame and Oklahoma among others. The 247Sports Crystal Ball has him leaning towards Clemson right now with a small chance of heading to Columbia, South Carolina.
