Rogers had previously said that TCU was possibly pushing for him the hardest, and it looks like the work has paid off for the Horned Frogs.
Rogers is rated in the Top 100 of the 247Sports Composite rankings, and he is ranked as the No. 4 dual-threat quarterback by both ESPN and Rivals.com. He is another big get for Gary Patterson, as he continues to raise the school's recruiting profile since the program moved to the Big 12 a few years ago.
Rogers is now TCU's highest-rated commit for the 2018 class, which has seven members as of press time.
