A highly-touted quarterback for the class of 2018 is officially off the market — at least for now. Four-star quarterback Cameron Rising (6-foot-1, 195 pounds, Newbury Park, Ca.), who is the No. 5 ranked pro-style quarterback for the class of 2018, announced on Sunday morning that he is committed to Oklahoma.
Rising is the third verbal commit for Oklahoma's 2018 class — it's headlined by five-star offensive tackle Brey Walker who verbally committed to the Sooners last November. Rising is the first QB commit for Oklahoma's 2018 class — the 2017 class has another pro-style quarterback commit in Chris Robison.
