Here's how badly Clemson just demolished Ohio State

This is just absurd.

Ohio State may have been the favorite for this game, but in the end, it was Clemson with their backups in at the end of the game... and still dominating.

Clemson put a 31-0 drubbing on Ohio State on Saturday night to advance to the College Football Playoff national title game, and the shutout represented many firsts for Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes. It was the first time Ohio State had been shut out since 1993 (vs. Michigan), the first time Urban Meyer had been shutout in his head coaching career, and the first time Ohio State had been shutout in a bowl game since Woodrow Wilson was president.

Ohio State has the best record in college football over the past five seasons, so it is definitely something new to see Ohio State dominated in the fashion that Clemson did in Saturday's Fiesta Bowl. Clemson will now have a shot to avenge the 2015 title game loss to Alabama, while the Buckeyes will be left preparing for the 2017 season.
