Foster Sarell is the nation's top recruit and top offensive tackle according to 247Sports' rankings. He's playing in the U.S. Army All-American Game in San Antonio, Texas where he is also making his commitment. The 247 crystal ball had Sarell going to Stanford at 77 percent and Washington at 23 percent and ended up choosing Stanford:

The 6'7", 311-pound tackle also held offers from Notre Dame, USC, Alabama, Nebraska, Boise State, Oregon and Michigan. The Washington native won't be going too far from home though as he'll stay in Pac-12 country.
