Justin Foster is the top recruit in the state of North Carolina for 2017 and is a top ten outside linebacker no matter which recruiting service you look at. The consensus four-star linebacker was offered by Clemson defensive tackle coach Dan Brooks first and the got the offers rolling in.

Foster is also ranked at the No. 8 basketball player in the state of North Carolina so he may very well try to play on the hardwood as well wherever he ends up going. So don't be surprised if Kentucky becomes a contender for the 6'4", 225-pound OLB out of Shelby, North Carolina.
