Colorado's Travis Hunter Makes Unbelievable Goal Line Interception vs TCU

Colorado Buffaloes CB/WR Travis Hunter looks like a college football superstar after the day he's had against TCU.

We don't want to overreact, but Colorado Buffaloes cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter might be the college football version of Shohei Ohtani after the afternoon he's had against the TCU Horned Frogs.

While writing this, we're entering the fourth quarter of the game, and Hunter has been an absolute beast in this game, catching eight balls for 53 yards. He almost had a touchdown, too, if not for just stepping out of bounds on a defensive pass interference call.

Now, that's on offense. But what about defense?

Hunter hasn't stopped playing, and when the Horned Frogs were in the red zone, Hunter made a mind-boggling play.

Now, look at that play from this angle. It's ridiculous.

TCU quarterback Chandler Morris honestly didn't even throw a bad pass here. Hunter made a Superman-like play on the ball, saving the drive and preventing a TCU touchdown. They mentioned he'd only allowed one reception all afternoon during the broadcast.

They also mentioned that it's around 100 degrees at TCU's home stadium, so the fact that he's playing receiver and cornerback without seemingly any breaks is absurd.

The biggest question will be whether he can hold up this production all season long on both sides. If he does, we could be looking at a sleeper Heisman candidate.

During the game, Coach Prime was asked about Hunter.

"He is HIM. We missed him on two deep balls. He gets those two deep balls; the Heisman is at his crib chilling right now. God bless."

Now into the fourth quarter, the Buffaloes, who were 20+ point underdogs, lead the defending College Football National Championship runner-up Horned Frogs 31-28.
