Bear Bryant's great-grandson would seem to be a virtual lock to attend the University of Alabama if offered but that isn't necessarily the case with 2019 quarterback prospect Paul Tyson. The youngster hasn't ruled out Alabama but he isn't a firm lean in that direction, at least given his public comments.

Now, Tyson has two more powerhouse offers and they come in the form of Notre Dame and Wisconsin.
What a week it's been for 2019 QB Paul Tyson @Paul_Tyson17. Added offers from #Irish and #Wisconsin. https://t.co/MRJFv0E1rZ pic.twitter.com/xFvymEnCyE

Tyson stands at 6'4 and 210 pounds out of Hewitt-Trussville in the state of Alabama but and there is plenty of interest here. At this stage, the Crimson Tide have not issued an offer but, in addition to the Irish and Badgers, Tyson holds offers from programs like USC, Kentucky and Oregon before even approaching his senior season at the high school level.
Tyson ranks as the No. 7 pro-style quarterback of the 2019 class per the 247Sports player rankings.
If Tyson breaks out and the Crimson Tide come calling in the future, it could be quite difficult for him to avoid the massive shadow cast by his great-grandfather in pledging to a school not located in Tuscaloosa. Still, there will be plenty of intrigue with Paul Tyson's recruiting, especially when compared to a more "normal" quarterback of his placement in the pecking order of the recruiting universe.
