On Friday, four-star offensive tackle Nathaniel Kalepo (6-foot-5, 290 pounds, Seattle, Wa.) announced that he would be staying close to home by committing to Washington.

"With that being said, I'm staying home and officially committed to the University of Washington!" Kalepo said in his statement.
Kalepo also had offers from Oregon and USC, among others. He had just received the pivotal offer from Washington within the past two months, according to 247Sports.
Kalepo is a four-star recruit of the 2019 class, which is now starting to gain some clarity as we start to get through the current 2018 class. Washington now has two commitments for the 2019 class, with the other being four-star quarterback Dylan Morris.
