Four-star defensive tackle Tayland Humphrey (6-foot-5, 350 pounds, Spring, TX) is one of the top JUCO recruits of the 2018 class, and according to one report, four teams may be emerging in his recruitment.
According to 247Sports, Alabama, Louisville, Oklahoma State, and Florida International are currently the teams in the mix for Humphrey. Some may be wondering how Florida International got in with those other Power 5 squads; well, Humphrey's younger brother is currently committed there and they have been a major team so far in his recruitment.

That's not a token gesture, either, as FIU currently has all of the predictions in the 247Sports Crystal Ball. Humphrey also has offers from Florida State, Georgia, and Oregon, among others.
Humphrey is rated as the No. 2 overall JUCO recruit by Scout. He is a consensus four-star recruit.
