Report: Florida State wide receiver seeking to transfer

Jimbo Fisher had announced that he was suspended.

Jimbo Fisher announced on Tuesday that wide receiver Ja'Vonn "Pigg" Harrison had been suspended for a violation of team rules. Fisher did not specify which rules were violated.

However, Tomahawk Nation is reporting that Harrison has left the team with the intention to transfer. Harrison, a junior, would have a year of eligibility left if he is indeed transferring.

Harrison has accounted for eight receptions for 139 yards and a touchdown in his Florida State career. He has only caught one pass this season, but he has made appearances in three of the team's four games.

Harrison is a former four-star recruit of the 2014 class. He originally picked Florida State over Florida, Michigan, and Ohio State, among others.
