Robert Griffin III Wins Best Costume of College Football Halloween Weekend

It's Halloween weekend and several college football teams around the country are dressing up in special threads, including Florida State in their alternate all-white uniforms. Robert Griffin III is in Winston-Salem to call the Seminole's matchup against Wake Forest for ESPN and he couldn't help but get in on the Halloween fun by dressing up as none other than Harry Potter.

The 2011 Heisman Trophy winner has developed into a great color commentator known for passionate remarks and fun on-air antics, but this might be the wackiest bit he's pulled in the booth yet. Griffin's broadcast partner, sideline reporter Kris Budden, got in on the costume action as well dressing up as Taylor Swift clad in a Travis Kelce Chiefs t-shirt.

Griffin hilariously referred to himself as "Robert Potter" before running around the sidelines on his replica Nimbus 2000. He might have had an injury plagued career in the NFL, but RGIII sure looks like he could've had an awesome career as a seeker on the quidditch pitch.

Griffin looks to be going all out with his Halloween fit and keeping on it in the booth throughout the call. His play-by-play counterpart Bob Wischusen didn't join the other members of his team in donning a costume for the broadcast, and he better hope Griffin doesn't feel slighted and hit him with an Avada Kedavra.

Florida State will be hoping they can avoid any potential curses themselves as they face the Demon Deacons as a huge road favorite in a typical letdown spot playing at noon on ABC. Wake Forest is having a solid if not spectacular 4-3 season coming off a big win over Pitt last week, and would love to add a Halloween weekend upset over the Seminoles to their resume.

Both teams came out with high energy despite the earlier kickoff. Who wouldn't be juiced to play in front of Robert Potter?
