Alabama commit, No. 1 recruit expected to take a 2nd visit to another school

The top prospect in the country is taking a second visit to a school that he isn't currently committed to.

Najee Harris is the top prospect in the country, and while he has been committed to Nick Saban and Alabama for more than 18 months, there have been a few indications that the talented running back could go elsewhere in the end. On Thursday, Steve Lorenz of 247Sports brought word that, for the second time in a handful of months, Harris will be taking a visit to the University of Michigan.

The 6-foot-3, 226-pound running back from Antioch, Calif. also set foot in Ann Arbor for Michigan's BBQ at the Big House event in August, and Jim Harbaugh also famously made the pilgrimage to the west coast to meet with Harris during Michigan's bye week this season. It comes as no surprise that the Wolverines would pull out all of the stops in an attempt to lure Harris to flip from Alabama to Michigan, but the second visit could prove to be important in that attempt.

At this point, Harris remains an Alabama commitment and part of yet another fantastic class for Saban and his staff. However, if Harbaugh can convince him to break that pact in search of greener pastures in Ann Arbor, it could have far-reaching impact on the recruiting world.
