Alabama's Spring Game is Already Providing Coach Saban with Bulletin Board Material

As Bryce Young heads off to the NFL Draft along with running back Jahmyr Gibbs and outside linebacker Will Anderson Jr., some new names and old faces take centerstage at the A-Day spring game. And while their matchups with Ole Miss, Florida and Auburn are circled on every Alabama calendar, head coach Nick Saban and defensive coordinator Pete Golding need to get their squad ready for the season, and that starts with the Alabama spring game.

But before you turn on ESPN to shout "Roll Tide" at your TV for an afternoon, here's how to watch Alabama's spring game.

Head coach Nick Saban's long march back to the college football national championship game has begun, but it comes with some serious questions that hopefully the spring game can answer.

Jalen Milroe will battle Ty Simpson for the Alabama Crimson Tide QB position. Milroe is no stranger to the Tuscaloosa spotlight, taking over for an injured Young against Texas A&M. Wide Receiver Ja'Corey Brooks also hopes to hear his name over the loudspeaker as we

Additionally, the NCAA Transfer Portal claimed several Bama players who we thought would be showing up at the 2023 spring practice. Running back Trey Sanders opted for 2022 College Football Playoff shocker TCU over Bama, leaving room for a new name to step up in the spring scrimmage.

But while personnel changes may shift who Milroe is finding downfield, we all know that Bama's coaching staff is more concerned with their offensive line than anything else.

Last year, Alabama missed out on a rematch with Georgia in the SEC Championship due to a loss to Hendon Hooker and the Tennessee Volunteers and a late season loss to the LSU Tigers in Baton Rouge. That was last season and you can bet your boots that Coach Saban is using every loss as bulletin board material.

Even more bulletin board material, the University of Virginia had their spring game broadcast on ESPN, yet Alabama gets pushed to the streaming service.
