If game one of the Alabama-Washington regional series was any indication, games two and three are of the 'must see' variety.
It took extra innings to do so, but Alabama came out victorious, 2-1, on a base-loaded single off the pitchers mitt.
"In my head, I was thinking 'keep it simple,' the whole time I was in the dugout," Demi Turner said, who hit the game-winning single. "I was seeing the ball really well and I saw that pitch I was looking for."
The circumstances should have given Alabama total faith in the outcome of the game. Loaded bases and no outs meant someone was going to get a chance to score. Still, watching them lose their minds on the pitcher being unable to reel in the ball is well worth it.
