Alabama head coach Nick Saban, according to the report, was directly involved in the one of the violations, along with the football team being involved in nine of the 22 violations.

"The Crimson Tide football team self-reported nine violations over the course of the academic year (July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017), while gymnastics and men's golf each reported two. No other team or department reported more than one."
According to TideSports, the violations were Level III and Level IV. Another interesting note was that a football assistant coach was suspended for one game due to one of the nine violations, but the coach's name isn't included in the story.

Along with the unnamed assistant coach, Saban, too, was directly involved with one of the nine violations as he reportedly called a high school prospect before the allowed time.
It is not yet known whether or not there will be additional penalties for the violations by the Alabama football team.
