But when it comes to the NFL Draft, it appears he'll have to settle for being No. 2, both at his position and when it comes to the draft. He's slated behind Ohio State's Ezekiel Elliot as the second-best running back and commonly thought of more as a second-round pick.
It's that last part that has Henry a bit miffed, according to AL.com:
"I feel like, just because I got my grade, it doesn't mean I'm not going to be first round," Henry said. "I feel like what I do and how I test at the combine and work out. I feel like I will be first round. There's no doubt in my mind that I won't be."
As for where he'd like to land, Henry noted the Dallas Cowboys would be an ideal location:
Henry again said his preferred landing spot would be the Dallas Cowboys because "I feel like it has a great organization," he said.
For a team with so many question marks, Henry falling to the Cowboys would surely be welcomed by those in Dallas. There's no guarantee he falls that far, with so many teams with running back needs ahead of the second-round Cowboys pick.
