LSU insider Mike Detillier, friend of Tigers head coach Ed Orgeron, is calling his shot, saying Saturday's SEC title game against Florida will be the last time Kiffin coaches for Alabama (per SDS).
That would mean Alabama's path through the College Football Playoffs would have to go without Kiffin's services.
Kiffin has been rumored to top gigs such as LSU's offensive coordinator position and the Houston head coaching job.
It's hard to believe this one for now, but we should see in the coming week if it actually plays out.
