Derrick Henry makes squatting 400 pounds look like child's play

How is he doing this?

Derrick Henry is now one of the biggest running backs in the league standing 6'3" and weighing about 240 pounds. He destroyed the SEC last season and the Tennessee Titans liked him enough to nab him in the second round of this year's NFL Draft.

Henry showed that he's more than willing to work in the offseason and he started by squatting 405 pounds with relative ease. He totally powned this rack and now every football team the Titans play this year should be very scared of the D-Train running through their town.

Good luck tackling him, other teams!
