Five-star recruit and No. 2 outside linebacker in the country Dylan Moses is committed to Alabama and is already on campus taking classes. However, he was an LSU commit for the longest time before that and what made him change his mind was a pretty standard team meeting.

The way Moses describes that meeting, as written in The Players' Tribune, is pretty interesting. He says that the players were talkative and messing around before the meeting, but when Nick Saban walked in, everything changed.
One of the first things I did on my visit was sit in on a team meeting. As we waited for it to start, dudes were hollering at one another, looking at their phones and making noise. But when the door opened and Nick Saban walked in, the entire room went silent. I promise you, the entire room went silent.
You legit could have heard a pin drop.
I had similar measurables to pretty much all of the kids in that room. (Many of them are in the NFL now.) And every single one of them showed absolute and total respect for this man.
At that moment, I knew I was going to commit to Bama.
The rest of his story in the post is pretty incredible as well, but that little snippet is pretty telling of the kind of player the Crimson Tide can expect to see on the team. He clearly respects coaches and recognizes greatness when he sees it so you can bet he's going to work his butt off for Saban and the staff.
