On Thursday, former Alabama linebacker Christian Bell announced that he was transferring to Wisconsin.
Bell was a member of the 2014 recruiting class, and he originally showed up to Tuscaloosa as an ESPN rated four-star defensive end. Apparently being a bit of tweener didn't work out for him and the Crimson Tide, and it looks like he will try is fortunes with the Badgers instead.
The Hoover native failed to record a statistic in his two years with Alabama, but there was some expectation that he might get a chance to see the field more this year. He is the fourth Alabama player to transfer this offseason.
