You might want to get a good look at four-star JUCO cornerback Jhavonte Dean (6-foot-2, 180 pounds, Homestead, FL) while you can, because there is a good chance he'll just be a blur of speed the next time you try to look at him.

Which team is going to be seeing a lot of that blur? The Alabama Crimson Tide, as Dean announce his commitment to the school on Saturday afternoon.
"It was pretty nice," Dean said to 247Sports. "It was basically what I expected. The campus was what I expected. I felt like they really wanted me."
Dean picked up steam as a recruit recently at Blinn College, the same school that Heisman winner Cam Newton attended for a year. Of course, it doesn't hurt that hurt that Dean has run a 4.30 in the 40-yard dash, either.
Dean also held offers from Miami and Florida. He is ranked the No. 8 JUCO recruit of the 2017 class by 247Sports.
