Four-star LSU decommit Nadab Joseph has picked a new school

Joseph decommitted from LSU back in August.

This one is going to sting for those in Baton Rouge.

Four-star cornerback Nadab Joseph (6-foot-2, 180 pounds, Miami, Fla.) decommitted from LSU back in August, and now it looks like he has officially flipped to one of LSU's biggest rivals. On Tuesday evening, Joseph announced that he had committed to Alabama.

Tonight just feels right and I feel the best place for me to reach my goals and become the best player and person will be at The University of Alabama. I am fully committed. #RollTide

Joseph committed while Alabama head coach Nick Saban was making an in-home visit. He picked the Crimson Tide over LSU, Georgia, Oregon, and Florida State.

Joseph had been a major priority in recruiting for Alabama in recent months, so clearly the Crimson Tide staff are very high on his abilities. Joseph is ranked as a four-star by the 247Sports Composite, where he also ranks as a top 20 corner of the 2018 recruiting class.

With the commitment, Alabama now has 13 recruits in their 2018 recruiting class, and they rank 10th in the nation per 247Sports. This is somewhat notable, as Alabama had lagged behind in recruiting for much of the season, but with the early signing period coming up, the Tide are hitting their stride at exactly the right time.
